Job Description: Market Coordinator

The purpose of the job is to monitor and support sales, markets, and customers. This will include market research, market analysis, market development, and assistance to the Sales/Marketing Manager.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual sales and market reports.

Track and monitor customer needs including bids, contracts, pricing, samples, etc.

Support for communication to customers including promotion, pricing, technical information, etc.

Oversee social media including web site management to generate leads, support customers, and help promote Natrium’s image in the market place.

Maintain and update the Marketing Plan.

Market Development for new applications and uses.

Knowledge and Skills:

College degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales, marketing, or technical.
Computer skills in word processing, spread sheets, and databases.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong written & verbal communication and multitask skills.

Experience in chemical sales and/or marketing.
Technical background.
Experience with ACT! Sales data base.

Working Conditions: The Market Coordinator will work at the Natrium office. Some travel required throughout the United States and Canada, which requires overnight trips by automobile and plane.
