Please note: If you are coordinating a pick-up from our facility, we can only load our product onto dry vans and reefers, with refrigeration turned off, to ensure our product arrives to its destination in the safest manner.

Receiving hours are 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.

Directions to our facility at 58 Pendleton Street in Cortland, NY:

Via I-81

1. Exit interstate 81 at Exit 10
2. Follow routes 41 and 11 North
3. After you cross a bridge, turn right at the 4th intersection by the Speedway gas station onto Pendleton Street.
4. Turn left at the first intersection onto East Court Street.
5. Our plant is on the right. Park and use the door to enter. Please have a job number and delivery zip code available. A Natrium team member will direct you to the appropriate dock.

Via Route 13

1. If you are traveling on Route 13 N from Ithaca, go past the Lowes and bear right onto Tompkins St, or State Route 13.
2. Continue straight on this road until you see a Speedway Gas Station on your left
3. Turn left onto Pendleton St.
4. Turn left at the first intersection onto East Court Street.
5. Our plant is on the right. Park and use the door to enter. Please have a job number and delivery zip code available. A Natrium team member will direct you to the appropriate dock.
